Personal data

The site collects no personal data. It uses no cookies and no tracking. No account is required to read it, and no form on the site asks for a name, an address, an email address or a telephone number. A reader who sends an email does so from a mail client of their own choice, and that message is used only to answer the reader or to correct an article.

Photographs

Photographs and other images on the site are credited as illustrations produced for the site.

Sources

Articles are written from public sources, which are named in each article. Organisations are described in the third person and only from their own published documents, public records and reporting by others. No person is named unless that person is named in a public source.
